NATIONAL CLUB EVENTS
WISCONSIN
This is my favorite event to go see. Symco is on Hwy. 22, west of Green Bay and a little South West of Clintonville.
Each year they have a different "theme" for the main tractor manufacture and you won't
find any new stuff here. The event starts on Friday, but Saturday is the best. this is when they
have the parade down the middle of town. Anything that runs (or can be pulled with out tearing up the road to bad)
is in it. After the parade a bunch of stuff heads out in to the fields to start live demonstrations
on plowing, combining, Threshing (burning!). They also have Dueling Saw Mills where
they belt up steam tractors side by side and see who can saw the most. Another feature at the grounds
is in the pavilion. Here they have 6 FairbanksİMorris engines set up side by side.
They range from a single cylinder up to the 6 cylinder model and last year they got them all running.
