Band Rules And Regulations

Doors open at 5:00p.m. on Friday, March 2nd

-bands begin performance at 5:30p.m.

Order for band playing times will be determined at random at 4:00p.m. and then posted on a chart near the auditeria entrance.

Bands MUST check in at registration by 4:30p.m.

a practice/warm up room will be provided & secured for all band members.

Note: At least 50% of all band members MUST currently be High school students.

Cost

$50 per band if paid by Feb. 9th, $75 if paid after Feb. 9th, BEFORE Feb. 23rd. No entries permitted after Feb. 23rd.

Song/Performing Rules:

Total performance time limited to 15 minutes to consist of 3 songs:

-1 original song (one the band wrote)
-1 cover song (one already written, preferably by a well known band or Artist)
-1 song of the band's choice

15 minutes between each performance will be set aside for take down and set up.

Bands will be juged upon the following:

-Quality of sound
-Flow of performance
-Appearance
-Crowd interaction

Judges decisions will be announced when all performances are finished. Juges decidions are final
