Toastmasters in our area (Green Bay, Wisconsin).

|
The Toastmasters experience takes place in a local club. In our area the only open-membership club is in Green Bay - Club 1350. This club has been meeting for more than forty years. We meet from 6:15 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. on the second and fourth Mondays of most months. We meet at the Days Inn, 405 Washington Street, in Green Bay. Visitors are welcome and no invitation is needed. If you are employed at Schneider International, there is also a club for their employees available. While most of the members live or work in the Green Bay area, as of this writing there are members from Marinette, Oconto, Appleton, Kewaunee, Luxemburg, Manitowoc and Sturgeon Bay. If you are interested in visiting a meeting or would like a speaker from our speaker's bureau, please contact me by e-mail at KenyonCK@bigfoot.com. A typical meeting follows a standard format:
Besides speaking, each member has the opportunity to serve as Toastmaster, Topicmaster, Evaluator, General Evaluator, etc. Opportunities are rotated among members to provide a variety of experience. All roles (including speaking) are voluntary and while members are invited to experience all Toastmasters has to offer, each progresses at his/her own pace.
